Students being forced to take off their hijabs before entering the school premises

A twitter user with the handle @Gimbakakanda shared a video showing primary school pupils being force to take off their hijab before entering the school premises.

Right to freedom from discrimination on the grounds of ethnic group, place of origin, circumstance of birth, sex, religion or political opinion is one of the fundamental human rights. 
 From the video you could hear a voice of a woman saying "You people are  looking for trouble, outside the  school..." then a middle age man responded  angrily by saying " which outside the school?"
